The Company was create in 1985 at instigation of Sarkis Tcheumlekdjian, Azad Goujouni, Catherine Vial, Patrick Auzet Magri, Michel Touitou and Manoug Pamokdjian.

It'is piloted by Sarkis Tcheumlekdjian - director, Claude Tabouret - administrator andt Eric Goria - comedian and coordinator of the School ; in collaboration with Catherine Vial et Déborah Lamy - comediennes of the Company, Marcia Fiani - Vietnam relay, Azad Goujouni - artistic adviser et Michel Touitou - Président.

The artistic Team : Gilbert Gandil, Edith Chaffard - music, Bertrand Neyret, Eric Dupré - sound landscape, Antonin Liège - lights, Marie-Pierre Morel-Lab - scenography, Catherine Demeure - video et Benjamin Forel - diretor.

The technical Team : Stephen Vernay - technical manager and lights, José Ventricci Priolli - stage manager, Adèle Grépinet, Guillaume Noël et Dorothée Tournour - lights, Mathieu Plantevin et Baptiste Tanné - sounds et Matthieu Lacroix - video.
